Delivery
Homewares & Handmade
For all our homewares we charge a flat rate of £4.50 for delivery, however all orders over £40 qualify for free delivery. We normally use Royal Mail as our carrier, however this may change if at the time of dispatch if we have reason to believe that Royal Mail will not be the best carrier.
Plants
All our houseplants & houseplant hampers are shipped with the required plant passporting information using Royal Mail tracked 24. We will only send out plants Monday to Thursday to avoid plants being stuck in depots over the weekend. If you order after 8pm on Thursday your parcel will be shipped on the following Monday.

You can also order online to collect from our Cowes shop, or we offer free delivery to any address in Cowes, Gurnard or Northwood. The option for this becomes available once the delivery postcode has been entered.
Cancellations and Returns
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so by e-mailing cottonandleaf@gmail.co.uk within 24 hours of you placing your order. Please also quote your order reference number.
In the unlikely event that you wish to return any product purchased from us you will need to return the product to us at your cost. Once we have received the product in the same saleable condition it was sent we will process a refund minus the delivery cost.
